Prevention starts with measurement.
A safe workplace starts with knowing its risks: identifying potential hazards, measuring how severe they are and how they affect workers and the surrounding environment. RAQI assesses five domains: physical, chemical, biological, psychosocial and ergonomic.

What does a risk assessment cover?
Physical, chemical, biological, psychosocial and ergonomic hazards, each scored for likelihood and severity, with recommended controls.
How long does a site survey take?
It depends on the number of sites and processes. We agree the scope after the first walk-through and share a timeline before measurement starts.
Do you assess offices as well as plants?
Yes. Ergonomic, psychosocial and indoor environment risks matter in offices as much as physical risks do on site.
Do you help after the report?
