Your data on this website.

This website belongs to RAQI Gulf for Investment (RAQI), a Saudi corporate health consultancy with its office in Riyadh. This notice explains what the website does with personal data, under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.

The website sets no cookies, keeps nothing in your browser and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking. Its fonts, images and scripts all come from RAQI’s own server, so your visit is not shared with any other company.

Our server records each request (the time, the page requested and your IP address) to keep the website secure. These records are used for nothing else.

When you send the contact form we receive what you type: your name, company, job title (optional), work email, mobile number, the service you are interested in, your message and how you prefer us to reach you. We also keep a shortened form of your IP address and your browser type, to protect the form against abuse.

We use these details only to answer your enquiry. We do not use them for marketing, we do not send an automatic email to the address you give, and we never sell or share them.

So that our team can answer quickly, a copy of your enquiry, with everything you entered, is also sent by email to RAQI’s own mailbox (info@raqi.com.sa). That mailbox is provided by Microsoft 365 and its data is kept in Microsoft’s data centres outside Saudi Arabia.

Please do not include medical information or identity numbers in your message. The form refuses messages that look like they contain them.

Your email, mobile number and message are encrypted before they are stored on our server. Only the RAQI staff who answer enquiries can read them, in RAQI’s control panel and in RAQI’s mailbox.

We keep a contact enquiry for 12 months after it is closed, then delete it, together with its copy in our mailbox.

You may ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to have them deleted. Write to info@raqi.com.sa and quote the reference number shown after you sent the form. We answer within 30 days.
